Lindsey Floyd of Richmond, Va. has joined Rappaport Retail Brokerage as a leasing and brokerage representative specializing in the Richmond retail real estate market. Based in Richmond, Floyd's local focus will expand Rappaport's landlord and tenant representation service to the greater Richmond area. Her tenant representation clients currently include Movie Tavern, Jimmy John's, Verizon, Hibbett Sporting Goods, Smoothie King and The Little Gym, among others. She also handles landlord representation, pre-development leasing and land sales.
Lindsey will be a huge asset to our leasing team. Formerly with Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer, Floyd is an active member of The International Council of Shopping center (ICSC) and currently serves as the Next Generation Southern Virginia Chair and on the Virginia Planning Committee. She is a member of the Goodwill of Virginia's Advisory Board, a Special Olympics volunteer, and she participates in the Urban Land Institute, Greater Richmond Association of Realtors and Retail Merchants Association.
