Complements four other recently signed tenants
Leesburg, Va. -- Four new businesses, Hair Cuttery, BonChon, Comfort One Shoes and a Marine Corps Recruiting Center, have recently leased retail space at Village at Leesburg in Leesburg, Va.
Hair Cuttery plans to open in early 2015. BonChon, Comfort One Shoes and the Marine Corps Recruiting Center are scheduled to open in late 2014. These four new additions to Village at Leesburg come on the heels of four other recently signed tenants including Under the Olive Tree, Bello Pranzo Pizzeria, AFIS Jewelers and Eye Level Learning.
“Village at Leesburg is the perfect place to open a business,” said Susan Bourgeois, director of leasing and brokerage for Rappaport, the company that oversees leasing at Village at Leesburg. “Situated on Route 7, the strong-tenant mix and bustling community in the wealthiest and second fastest growing county in the country make it a very easy choice for business owners.”
Hair Cuttery, well known for its national chain of over 900 salons, has leased 1,165 square-feet of retail space between Comfort One Shoes and Leisure Fitness. Melissa Welch of KLNB Retail represented the landlord and Kirk Cheney of KLNB Retail represented Hair Cuttery on the deal.
BonChon, a high-end Korean fried chicken restaurant with over 100 locations worldwide, has leased 2,409 square-feet of space between AFIS Jewelers and Cupcakes Actually. Melissa Welch and Dallon Chaney of KLNB represented the landlord and Michael Kang of Rappaport represented BonChon in the transaction.
Comfort One Shoes is a well-established, high-end shoe provider with 19 locations throughout the Washington D.C. area, including locations in Georgetown, Dupont Circle and Tysons Galleria. They have leased 1,165 square-feet of retail space next to White & Ivory Fine Jewelry Store. Melissa Welch of KLNB Retail represented the landlord in the transaction. John Asadoorian of Asadoorian Retail Solutions represented Comfort One Shoes.
The Marine Corps will open a 1,810 square-foot recruiting center across the street from Eye Level Learning and Swim Kids. Melissa Welch of KLNB Retail represented the landlord in the transaction.
Village at Leesburg is located along Route 7 at the Crosstrail Boulevard/River Creek Parkway exit in Leesburg, Va. It includes a roster of over 50 national, regional and boutique retail shops and restaurants such as Wegmans Food Market, Cobb Village 12 Cinemas, LA Fitness, Ulta, Orvis, Firebirds, Sweet & Sassy and Travinia Italian Kitchen.
