Vienna, Va. - - Vienna Shopping Center leased approximately 10,500 square feet of newly constructed space to three new tenants; INOVA Urgent Care, Chop't Creative Salad Company and MOD pizza. All businesses are to open early 2016.
"Having signed multiple new leases at Vienna Shopping Center during this renovation, we have been both busy and excited," said Susan Bourgeois, Rappaport's Director of Leasing and Brokerage. "We are thrilled to welcome INOVA Urgent Care, Chop't Creative Salad Company, and MOD Pizza to our community." Bourgeois represented the landlord in securing the three new leases.
Offering health care options to area residents, INOVA Urgent Care leased 5,186 square feet. Chuck Matincheck and Kay Patterson of Donohoe Real Estate represented INOVA in the transaction. Chop't Creative Salad Company will feature made-to-order meals that customers create using more than 60 fresh-from-the-farm ingredients. Thomas Papadopoulos of Papadopoulos Properties represented the restaurant's 2,702 square foot lease in the transaction. MOD (Made on Demand) Pizza, allows customers to build their own fresh and authentic pizza onsite. MOD will occupy 2,700 square feet and Bradley Buslik of H&R Retail, Inc. represented restaurant in the transaction.
Vienna Shopping Center has been undergoing renovations to upgrade the exterior of the center. To date, the structural steel and foundations are complete, with the roof deck to be installed by the middle of September. Once completed, construction will begin for the new tenants. The entire renovation is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
Vienna Shopping Center is at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Courthouse Road in Vienna and features Panera Bread, Tuesday Morning and Robeks. The shopping center is owned by The Vienna Shopping Center Limited Partnership. Rappaport provides property management, leasing and marketing services for the center.
