McLean, Va. – Rappaport represented 7-Eleven on three new deals in the Washington, D.C. area totaling 9,471 square-feet of retail space. 7-Eleven will open new locations inside The Shops of Avondale in Washington D.C., 2001 Clarendon Boulevard in Arlington, Va., and 6138 Kings Highway in Alexandria, Va. Melissa Webb, Senior Director of Brokerage, and Pat O’Meara, Brokerage Representative, of Rappaport represented 7-Eleven in each transaction.
The 3,900 square-foot location at The Shops of Avondale is now open. Ann Logsdon Smith of Broad Street Realty represented the landlord in the transaction.
At 2001 Clarendon Boulevard, 7-Eleven has leased 2,587 square-feet. It is scheduled to open in late 2014. Judd Bostian of NV Retail represented the landlord.
7-Eleven is also scheduled to open a 2,984 square-foot location at 6138 Kings Highway in late November. Pat O’Meara of Rappaport represented the landlord in the deal.
