Rappaport Welcomes New Director of Brokerage

Pamboukian to expand landlord and tenant representation services

McLean, VA - Rappaport welcomes 30 year retail industry veteran Chris Pamboukian as a new Director of Brokerage. Pamboukian joins Rappaport's Brokerage team following a successful stretch as Vice President of Retail with Tetra Partnerships where he founded the company's retail division and cultivated their portfolio to more than 1,000,000 SF of retail in seven years. Pamboukian specializes in leasing strategy for neighborhood shopping centers in Northern Virginia.

Prior to his Brokerage career Pamboukian served 20 years as a franchise owner and manager of several national chain quick service restaurants. "I can talk-the-talk of retailers which helps me steer clients in the right direction." adds Pamboukian. He has represented several local property owners and recognizable landlords such as Regency, Rock Creek Properties and Thurston Companies. He has represented notable retailers such as Dunkin Donuts, Regus, Supercuts, Roosters, Valvoline Oil, Bungaloo Billards, Vintage 50 brewery, and many local entrepreneurs.
