CW Capital Asset Management LLC has selected The Rappaport Companies of McLean, Va. to provide property management and leasing for Penn Station Shopping Center in District Heights and Perryville Station in Perryville. Rappaport will also provide shopping center marketing services for Penn Station merchants.
Penn Station is a 246,550-square-foot shopping center located at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Silver Hill Road in District Heights, Md. The center includes Marshalls, Planet Fitness and Radio Shack. Will Collins of The Rappaport Companies will provide leasing. Space ranging from 900-15,000 square feet is currently available.
Perryville Station, anchored by Food Lion, is a 59,691-square-foot center on Pulaski Highway just two miles from I-95. There is currently retail space from 1,300-3,600 square feet available. Susan Bourgeois of The Rappaport Companies will handle leasing.
