Three new businesses will be opening at Potomac Festival Shopping Center in Woodbridge, Va. Jim Farrell and Jason Yanushonis of Rappaport Retail Brokerage negotiated new leases on behalf of the landlord with BonChon, Lifetime Dental and Paisano’s Pizza totaling 8,300 square feet. Potomac Festival is located just south of Potomac Mills at Opitz Boulevard and Potomac Mills Road.
Opening in March 2013, BonChon offers Korean chicken and frozen yogurt and has leased 3,100 square feet next to Everest College. BonChon was represented by Shang Wang of JBG Rosenfeld.
Lifetime Dental Care, which provides state-of-the-art dental services, has leased 3,400 square feet next to Music & Arts Center. Josh Cramer of McBride Real Estate Services represented Lifetime Dental.
Paisano’s Pizza, which features made-from-scratch pizza, subs and salads, has leased 1,800 square feet next to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Paisano’s was represented by Will Collins of Rappaport Retail Brokerage.
Potomac Festival includes businesses on both sides of Potomac Mills Road and features hhgregg, Buffalo Wild Wings, Staples and Savers. The center is managed by The Rappaport Companies, which owns and develops shopping centers and provides retail leasing, tenant representation, property management, construction management, development, consulting and receivership services for retail space in shopping centers and mixed-use properties throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia.
