Manassas, Va. – Two new merchants, Ulta Beauty and Flower Gallery have signed leases totaling approximately 22,000 square feet of space at Bull Run Plaza in Manassas, Va. The community shopping center is now 98 percent leased.
Both businesses plan to open their new locations in the fall of 2013.
“These leases solidify Bull Run Plaza as one of the premier shopping destinations in the Manassas region,” said Will Collins, Rappaport director of leasing and brokerage. “We are thrilled to have Ulta and Flower Gallery join our excellent mix of tenants.”
Ulta Beauty provides cosmetics, fragrance, haircare, skincare, bath and body products, salon styling tools and a full-service salon. The beauty retailer has leased 11,394 square feet next to Office Depot. Ulta Beauty was represented by Andy Feldman of KLNB Retail.
Flower Gallery, which offers local delivery service, specializes in floral arrangements and gifts for any occasion. The florist is relocating from Manaport Plaza to its new 10,665-square-foot space at Bull Run Plaza between Ross and Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Featuring Shoppers Food and Pharmacy, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Office Depot, Bull Run Plaza is at the intersection of Sudley Road and Sudley Manor Drive in Manassas. The shopping center is owned by Bull Run Plaza, LLC, a subsidiary of Lehrco Corporation and is managed by The Rappaport Companies of McLean, Va..
