Ashburn, Va. – Two new merchants, Sharp Line Cuts Barber Shop and Sushi Noshi, have signed leases totaling approximately 3,500 square feet of space at Cameron Chase Village Center in Ashburn, Va.
Both businesses plan to open their new locations this fall.
“Cameron Chase is now 100 percent leased,” said Susan Bourgeois, Rappaport senior leasing & brokerage representative. “We are excited to have these tenants join our very successful center.”
Sharp Line Cuts Barber Shop, a traditional barber shop, leased 1,400 square feet next to Sally Nail Spa. Don Lee of Westgate Realty Group, Inc. represented Sharp Line Cuts Barber Shop.
Sushi Noshi is a full-service sit-down restaurant that has leased a 2,100-square-foot space between Great Harvest Bread Company and Paradise India Grill. Harry Moon of Fairfax Realty represented Sushi Noshi.
Susan Bourgeois of The Rappaport Companies represented the landlord in both transactions.
Cameron Chase Village Center, featuring Ford’s Fish Shack and Great Harvest Bread Company, is at the intersection of Switchback Road and Farmwell Road in Ashburn. The Rappaport Companies provides property management, leasing and marketing services for the center.
